On-The-Job Support Form
For the first 60 days of employment, we ask participants to fill out this form each time they complete a work shift at their job. If there were any struggles Phoenix Rising will reach out the next business day to set a time to troubleshoot the problem! No problems is great news! We want know whats going on good and bad.
Guided Meditation If Triggered At Work
During the Phoenix Rising program, employees are trained on powerful coping skills that they can use at work if they get triggered. The guided meditation below was created to help employees to calm down, think rationally, and finish their shift. The video incorporates bi-lateral stimulus music and several short trauma informed exercises to help employees get back to a rational state of mind.
